CCS Catering was established in 2005 by Sue Black and Clare Dixon. It is a family run business that aims to help and support local producers by incorporating local ingredients into all menus.
All meat is locally sourced from Peats Butchers, or our homegrown lamb and beef from the farm. We grow our own herbs and some fruit and vegetables that we use in our menus and chutneys.
